Ever wondered why eating chocolate is so enjoyable ?

Scientists have investigated the well supported consensus that eating chocolate is enjoyable and theorise that part of the enjoyment is due to the low melting point of chocolate.

This melting point is slightly below that of the human body and therefore chocolate melts in the mouth, increasing the sensation on the taste buds. The Theobromine is chocolate is a known stimulant and whilst not at the same strength of caffeine the effects are still noticeable.

Perhaps one aspect of the enjoyment of chocolate is how one obtains this delicious food. Given as gifts or as tokens of love or esteem the mere act of a receiving chocolate is a pleasurable experience !
